Over 120 Retired Flag Officers Warn Country is Under Assault from Socialism and Marxism

District of Columbia | May 12, 2021

Over 120 retired military flag officers warned in a letter Monday that the country is in “deep peril” and under “tremendous assault” from those believing in socialism and Marxism, and encouraged Americans to get more politically involved to act against it.

“Our Nation is in deep peril. We are in a fight for our survival as a Constitutional Republic like no other time since our founding in 1776. The conflict is between supporters of Socialism and Marxism vs. supporters of Constitutional freedom and liberty,” the retired officers wrote.

They slammed the 2020 election process and argued that Democrat House bill H.R. 1 and its Senate companion bill S. 1 would destroy election fairness and allow Democrats to forever remain in power. They wrote:…

Former Trump Aide Stephen Miller Sues Biden Administration for Discriminating Against White Farmers

District of Columbia | April 29, 2021

Stephen Miller, the former senior adviser to President Donald Trump, filed a lawsuit on Monday against the Biden Administration over its reparations to non-White farmers, pointing out that this constitutes discrimination against White farmers, as reported by The Hill.

The class-action suit was filed by the legal group founded by Miller, America First Legal (AFL), on behalf of the Agricultural Commissioner of Texas Sid Miller, and other plaintiffs. The suit targets a particular provision of Biden’s $1.9 trillion coronavirus stimulus bill which is set to distribute funds to “socially disadvantaged farmers and ranchers,” ostensibly to make up for “systemic racism” and past oppression.

This provision, administered by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), is “actively and invidiously discriminating against American citizens solely based upon their race,” as the lawsuit reads. “The Department of Agriculture interprets this phrase to include African-Americans, Hispanics, Native Americans, Alaskan natives, Asian-Americans, and Pacific Islanders, but White farmers are not included.”

“These racial exclusions are patently unconstitutional,” the suit concludes, “and the Court should permanently enjoin their enforcement.”..

Biden’s immigration executive actions triple Trump’s, analysis finds

District of Columbia | April 27, 2021

President Biden has issued more than three times as many executive orders pertaining to immigration in his first 100 days than his Republican predecessor Donald Trump signed in during the same period, according to a new analysis by the Migration Policy Institute.

As of Tuesday, Biden had taken 94 executive actions related to immigration while Trump had taken fewer than 30 such actions at the same point in his presidency.

100 DAYS INTO BIDEN’S ‘UNITY’ AGENDA, AOC PRAISES PRESIDENT’S ‘PROGRESSIVE’ CREDENTIALS

MPI noted that Biden’s actions on immigration have reversed previous Trump administration policies while taking additional actions to make the immigration system “more welcome.”

Those actions have already yielded results, particularly at the U.S.-Mexico border.

“ICE arrests have decreased by more than 60 percent, from an average of 6,800 monthly arrests in the last three full months of the Trump administration to 2,500 in February, Biden’s first full month in office. For comparison, by Trump’s first full month in office, ICE arrests increased by 26 percent over the average of the last three full months of the Obama administration,” MPI noted…

Biden’s 100 days

District of Columbia | April 26, 2021

Joe Biden has been president for 96 days. It seems like a lifetime. In just three months, under Biden’s presumed leadership, Democrats have threatened to pack the Supreme Court, eliminate the filibuster, abolish the Electoral College, grant statehood to Washington, D.C., federalize voting laws, and enact a labor bill that would overturn right-to-work statutes in 27 states. Democrats want unlimited power and are mobilizing all possible means to get it. On the day he took office, Biden set about dismantling every policy initiated by his predecessor. Most damaging, the president reversed President Trump’s immigration measures, setting up a humanitarian and security nightmare at our southern border.  As president, Biden has worsened race relations by frequently denouncing the United States as “systemically racist” and insulting the citizens of Georgia by foolishly declaring their legislators’ voting bill as “Jim Crow on steroids.” He has also larded his Cabinet with people like U.N. Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield, who claimed the “original sin of slavery weaved White supremacy into our founding documents and principles.” It almost seems as though Biden and the people around him don’t like the United States very much….

Congressman Donalds’ Statement Regarding the Democrat’s Radical Power Grab: D.C. Statehood

District of Columbia, Florida | April 22, 2021

WASHINGTON––Today, Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) issued the following statement regarding the Democrat’s radical power grab move to grant Washington, D.C. Statehood.

“Democrats are not working for the American people; they are working for themselves and their callous desire for power. D.C. Statehood is just another tool in their toolbox to transform our Constitutional Republic to push their radical leftist agenda.

“D.C. Statehood is not about giving Washingtonians representation; it is about giving the Left two Democrats in the United States Senate so they can pass anti-gun legislation, pack the United States Supreme Court, and pass H.R. 1. The left can play with politics, but they can’t play with our Constitution.”…
