Father God in the mighty name of Your Son, Jesus…Give your people the gift of discernment to guide them with the mind of Christ and to make legislation that reflects biblical values and morals for ALL people in North Carolina and across our land. Father, your Word of Truth is to help us to live peaceful lives in as much as it is possible in this broken and hurting world. Your plans for ALL people are good and not to harm us but to give us a future (Jeremiah 29:11). I’m praying that ALL people will come to understand that You are a Good, Good Father. I pray that the accuser and deceiver of this world is silenced from the lies that are harming our Youth, Your Church, our families and our country! Expose the enemy for who he is…a thief in the night who comes to steal, kill and destroy (John 10:10)! But we know Father the Battle has been won and our Victory is in Jesus the One True Messiah and it is in His name I pray…Amen🛐✝️🕊

Carol Garrott, Huntersville, NC July 20, 2021, 12:05 am

Lord Jesus, I pray that parents and non-parents alike are concerned about the Education system, and that many are objecting to the BOA. Our government is unrolling CRT but at the same time they seem to be highlighting (i.e. history classes) blacks over whites. I rebuke the spirits of division, hatred, and tyrannical rule. Remove the politicians, judges, and educators who plan harm to us and replace them with Godly people who will work towards righteous (fair) outcomes. I pray for the tide of evil to be turned back with your mighty hand. Rescue us from the attacks in our education and society. Help us, Lord Jesus!

Carol Garrott, Huntersville, NC May 26, 2021, 9:59 pm

Holy Father, I lift up the state of North Carolina and in particular its elected officials before you. May your spirit move in their hearts. Where there is weariness, discouragement, hopelessness, may you place your hand on them and speak to them, that they would be renewed. Help guide them to be implement only those laws that are necessary and that do unnecessarily restrict our freedoms. If there are any self-serving or evil intentions in the performance of their duties, I pray you would bring them face to face with you; and, unless they abandon such un-Godly actions, I pray you would remove them from their positions. Lord, would you beckon your righteous people to serve in the capacity of an elected official on a state, county, or local level, or in Education (serve within a school or on the school board). I pray for a holy revival amongst our citizens. Let a holy wind blow throughout this territory, our homes, and within the institutions referenced above. Only you, Heavenly Father, can bring light, life, and liberty into our world.

Pam Lowe, Durham, NC May 26, 2021, 3:36 pm

Father God, May the hearts of the leaders in North Carolina, from every city council to the governor, the state legislators, be turned to You. May they rule with truth and justice. May they desire to treat the people and each other with respect and love. May words meant to continue to stir racism and violence be silenced, instead let a spirit of love be poured out. I pray the demonic spirit of division to be silenced, "You are not welcome in North Carolina!" In Jesus' name, Amen

BLundquist, Mount Airy, NC May 19, 2021, 9:25 am

Thank you, Lord, for your protection for Senator Byrd and Senator Tillis. Give them wisdom as they make their legislative decisions and let them rely on biblical principles to stand against the evil that has come into our congress. Let them see clearly the path ahead, giving up their personal gains for the good of our constitution and America as founded. I pray this in Jesus name. Amen.

Nancy C, Raleigh, NC May 19, 2021, 8:28 am

Dear Heavenly Father, we thank you for this beautiful state and the many blessings You have given us over the years. We ask now that You protect us from evil and give good people the strength, wisdom and endurance to be civically active, run for office, and act to glorify Your great name. We also ask Your help in our quest for truth in the elections so actions can be made so that they reflect the true will of the voters. We ask that all leaders who do not have the best at heart for our nation and state to be removed from office and that any evil intentions be completely confused and redirected back toward the evil and away from the innocent and godly. We pray for freedom in our state from those who would be tyrants, and that those who can make laws against such possibilities do so while they can. Thank you, Lord, for all Your prayer warriors, hear our pleas. Help us. In Jesus’ precious name, we pray, Amen.

I lift up our State leaders that they would be convicted of the burden they have put on our people. Please return our state to one state UNDER GOD. Please send a revival to Raleigh TODAY!

Sandra Ladd, Raleigh, NC May 6, 2021, 1:00 pm

Lord I pray that this State and Nation will come back to you for guidance and repentance! Our government leaders need to pray for the American people and stop thinking about their political ambitions. Everyone is important in your eyes and we need to get along! Lord please protect our law enforcement as they risk their lives every day! As this is a National Day of Prayer we need a revival to take over this nation and keep us safe and the values of life come back to the people.

Barbara Brown, Mooresville, NC April 12, 2021, 1:16 pm

Thank You, Almighty Father for Your goodness over this land and specifically over and within North Carolina. We agree that Your purposes for this state will not be overcome by the lies or plans of the enemy. We declare that the Body of Christ is arising out of slumber and the remnant ekklesia is engaging in bringing the Kingdom of God into all areas of life in North Carolina, in Jesus' mighty name! Amen

linda capo, Burnsville, NC April 12, 2021, 8:08 am

Father, for those of us who feel overwhelmed with our current situations, whether it be circumstances or physical limitations, I pray that Your Holy Spirit will show us how to participate in this forum. Align us with Your Heart's desires. Let us make pleasing You our overriding priority. Shift our focus from ourselves to You. We commit to being intercessors, prayer warriors, and to being available for whatever you set before us. In the name of Your Son Jesus, amen.

Robin Bragdon, Yadkinville, NC April 6, 2021, 10:02 am

Father, I thank you for how you have stirred your people to pray and be active on not just the federal level but also the state and local levels. It is encouraging, Lord and I praise your name for the victories won. I come to you on behalf of the NC General assembly and ask that each legislator in North Carolina fear you above all.Give them courage to pass laws that will protect the freedoms you gave us. I ask for mercy where we in North Carolina have failed to fight for them. As we pray for them, Father, keep our current leaders from corruption and if they are corrupt, Lord, turn their hearts to you. I ask for a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ for each and every leader. If they do not repent, place someone else in their place of office (Ps 109:8). I pray for the NC representatives that they make laws that will align with your word. Lord, turn their hearts whithersoever you will, as their hearts are in your hand. I pray for House Bill 358, an act to save women's sports to protect the women from being forced to compete against men playing on women's sports teams. I pray for it to pass with overwhelming bipartisan support and that the state of North Carolina will continue to say NO to policy that not only is hurtful but openly mocks you and your word. I pray that we say YES to common sense policy that aligns with your word no matter how unpopular and that you grant us courage to do so. May we do it respectfully, with dignity, but contend for what is right nonetheless. I ask for a hedge of protection according to Psalm 91 around each and every person and family that is standing in the gap for North Carolina including my own family father. You know the need. I thank you and praise you for what you have done, what you are doing right now, and for what you are going to do. Thank you for the freedom I have in Jesus Christ. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Vickie Shurter, Gastonia, NC April 5, 2021, 9:52 am

Heavenly Father, You tell us in your Word to pray for those in authority over us. We pray for those in government positions for their salvation if they do not know you. We ask your Holy Spirit to guide each one with understanding and wisdom to make the right decisions for the people of North Carolina. We thank you. In Jesus name. Amen.

Heidi Pallesen, RALEIGH, NC March 10, 2021, 10:22 am

Father, thank you for our Country and the hand you had in forming it. Father we want you back as our leader. Father come back, we want your values, may your values abound in our country and be followed. Father I pray for the USA, and may your spirit hover over us and soften hearts to come back to you. Lord strengthen your people to be bold in your proclamations and to boldly obey you. Father I ask you touch my home state of North Carolina, may you touch the leaders with your wisdom. Father bring in Godly leadership and counsel. May your ways be evident in this State. Father touch Raleigh the Capital and may there be a revival in all the churches there and may believers share their faith with wisdom and Holy spirit boldness. May many souls turn to you and serve you and may this happen across the whole state in Jesus name. Amen. Father may the Equality act that will harm your children, not be passed in the Senate. May it never be passed in Jesus name. Amen.

Barbara, Concord, NC February 15, 2021, 7:23 pm

Almighty God, we live in perilous times; we live in exciting times. Micah 6:8 says: "He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God." What a seemingly simple request. What a difference that would make in our families, in our local, state and federal governments, in our world if we all operated under those principles. Today we lift up those individuals we have elected to represent us and pray their eyes with be opened and their hearts will be humbled and they will seek your guidance. We pray they will recognize and resist the satanic spiritual powers trying to take us down. Holy Spirit, strengthen them; guide their hearts and minds to do God's will. I pray this in the Holy name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior.

Maria Morais, Carmel, NY February 15, 2021, 3:16 pm

May the Lord God Almighty pierce your hearts that you may realize that God is the giver of life!!! He alone is the ONE who gives life and takes it away! May you truly consider how much God grieves when life is being taken by the hands of men. May you consider your own life and the lives of your family members... aren't you grateful that they are here.... aren't you thankful that you have children and grandchildren? Imagine for a moment, if they decided to terminate their pregnancies... who would remain in your family line to enjoy your life with? How can life (which is such a beautiful gift from our Creator) be so meaningless? How do we know if we have not terminated great leaders, entrepeneurs, scientists, doctors and alike because this precious innocent life was terminated? How can people not see the sanctity of Life and how truly priceless it is? I pray that the Lord will speak to your very heart and soul... and that YOU, our leaders, would take a firm stand for THE SANCTITY OF LIFE!!!!

Dee, Southport, NC February 10, 2021, 10:39 am

Father God we join together to speak over the state of North Carolina: As taxpaying citizens of this state and with the authority given to us by Jesus Christ our Savior and Lord, we bless this land from the mountains to the seas to embrace the Word of Creator God today and walk in the Light of His Love; let His principles of RIGHTEOUSNESS guide the Mountain of government in North Carolina, touching EVERY Senator, Congressman, Governor, Mayor, Judge and Government official of this State! We speak boldly over these representatives: Work with the Holy Spirit of God NOW and you will reap the benefits of His Shalom peace -- Do Not ignore His calling to you at this Time, for His Plan is better than any that has ever been presented to you before -- His Word is Living and is hovering over our state, NOW is the time to take the Torch of God's Justice and Run with It, freeing us from the grip of Evil and exposing the Enemy's Structures so we can pray against and see them dismantled in the Name of Jesus! LET every SEED planted in this state by prophets and lovers of Yahweh come forth from the land and manifest in wide-spread Repentance and REVIVAL in the mighty name of Yeshua... Amen

Elizabeth Ferrell, Hendersonville, NC February 8, 2021, 4:13 pm

Dear Father in Heaven, I love this place where You have lead me, and I thank You, May Your Grace shine over our state by moving the hearts and minds of all in government to know and desire to follow Your values. May each one in authority become a God pleaser rather than a man pleaser, knowing that their right decisions will be for the good of the citizens. Give them courage to stand against anything that is offensive to You, and bless each one abundantly when he or she does so. May Your Righteousness rule and over rule any legislation that would bring harm or sin to our state. Amen
